Insight meditation cultivates a calm, centered awareness of mind and body. Our half-day retreats offer the opportunity to deepen mindfulness and concentration through an extended period of practice. We offer instructions in sitting and walking meditation, as well as gentle yoga, a short dharma talk, and time for questions and comments.
Half-Day retreats are suitable for both beginning and more experienced students. Space is limited, and pre-registration is recommended. (No one will be turned away for lack of funds. If the fee presents a hardship, please contact Carole to make other arrangements.)
